NFL WR DaeSean Hamilton Highlights 2019 Youth Football Camp
Stafford Youth Football's 10th annual youth football camp took place at Pratt Park on Saturday, June 29th. Brooke Point High School head football coach Dwight Hazelwood opened camp with an energetic speech to the campers. Then NFL wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton closed camp out as a special guest speaker.
Hamilton is entering his 2nd year in the NFL with the Denver Broncos. Before being drafted in the 4th round of the 2018 NFL draft, Hamilton broke the all-time career receptions record at Penn State. He is also 3rd all-time in receiving yards at the school.
Hamilton's roots started in Stafford, Virginia. He attended Falmouth Elementary and Dixon-Smith Middle School before going to Mountain View High School. Hamilton played safety and wide receiver at Mountain View, and also played on the basketball team. He was a two-time captain of the football team.
Thank you to Coach Dwight Hazelwood and DaeSean Hamilton for coming out to camp and speaking to the kids!
