2019 Champions Crowned

The 2019 Stafford County youth football championship games were played at Brooke Point High School on Saturday, November 2nd.

The Pee-Wee division kicked off the excitement with a close game between the top seeded Seminoles and the #2 seeded Cardinals. The game was close throughout, and the Seminoles came away with a 13-12 victory. The Seminoles finished the season undefeated with a 8-0-1 record.

Next up was the Junior division championship between the #1 seeded Ducks and the #2 seeded Titans. This one would also be a very close game and even went into overtime with the score tied 6-6. The Titans got the ball first in overtime, but couldn't convert. The Ducks then scored on their drive to win the Junior Championship by a score of 12-6. The win capped off an undefeated season and 9-0 record for the Ducks.

The final game of the day was the Senior division championship between the top seeded Cardinals and #3 seed TMC. The Cardinals jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, winning 34-0. The Cardinals finished the season undefeated, with a 9-0 record.
